1. Soak about one cup of muesli in enough milk to cover it. Then cover it with a lid or wrap it and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. In the morning add about two tablespoons of milk.
3. Add the mixed yogurt and mix. We have added a half box of strawberry yogurt and 2 tablespoons of blueberry yogurt.
4. Give it all the right blend.
5. Top up with fresh berries and nuts for a super easy and healthy breakfast.
