Ingredients

  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 and a half cup cream or homemade malai
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixed vegetables (parboiled forehand)

Method

1. Heat oil or ghee on medium flame

2. Add in the ginger, garlic, and onion and sauté till golden.

3. Now add some cream or malai and a little bit of water to make some thick curry.

4. Add the mixed vegetables.

5. Once it boils add in tomato ketchup and salt to taste.

6. Serve hot.
