1

1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it, that is, 2 cups of Sattu (roasted gram flour) in it. Add finely chopped coriander, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of ajwain, half lemon juice, a pinch of mustard oil to mix and salt to taste. Mix everything well together.

2.Knead whole wheat flour and water together and make a soft dough.

3. Now take a small portion of the wheat dough and spread it a little. Take enough Sattu stuffing prepared earlier and place 2 tablespoons in the center of the dough and cover it from all sides.

4. To make a thick sauce, in a priorly heated pan, put a cup of light soy sauce.

5. Roll it into a parantha and cook on each side until its golden brown with ghee/clarified butter.

6. Best serve hot with curried potato and sweet tomato chutney.

These ingredients are an approximation to taste. You can add what you like as per your taste palette. This recipe is close to my heart as I have grown up eating it and no matter how sick I feel I always love this.
