Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Chocolate is an all time favorite of the kids. Today, we are here with ‘Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. It is decadent and gourmet but surprisingly simple to make and bake. Let’s bake and relish the dessert with our stomach’s being happy.

Ingredients

  • Half Cup of Unsalted Butter
  • 6 Ounces Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 4 Eggs with Yolks
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Half Cup of All Purpose Flour

Method

1. In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs with yolks till they become frothy and keep it aside.

2. Add ¾ cup of sugar and mix again.

3. Take another bowl, add 6 ounces of melted chocolate, half cup of butter and mix

4. Now blend the chocolate mix with the egg mixture.

5. Sprinkle half cup of flour and mix it together while adding a pinch of salt and refrigerate for at least an hour.

6. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake.

7. Once the muffins are done, take them out and let it sit for a while.

8. Sprinkle some cocoa powder from above and your molten chocolate lava cake is ready to serve.
Caution: Keep a check after 10 minutes of baking to see if the top cracks. Kindly make sure that you take them out before the cracks become big otherwise your chocolate will ooze out in the oven itself.
