The recipe for today is Baked Zucchini Fries, one’s favourite snack with a healthy twist. Kids often throw tantrums with food but with this recipe, it is almost impossible for any child to not eat as the crunch it offers is unavoidable.
If you love fries and want to keep it healthy too, this is for you. It takes approximately 15 – 20 minutes to prepare and bake zucchini fries.
1. Nicely slice the zucchini into long strips
2. Mix the flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl
3. Pour some milk in a separate bowl
4. In another bowl take a generous amount of bread crumbs
5. Take the zucchini strips and roll it in flour, then dip it in the milk followed by a coat of bread crumbs
6. Lightly grease your baking tray with oil and place the zucchini strips on it
7. Bake it till it’s done and crumbs start to turn golden
8. Serve hot with mayonnaise dip on the side.
