Do your kids like bitter gourd? Have you tried bitter gourd with the kids yet? This crunchy recipe is guaranteed to be loved by even the tiniest fussy eaters. We have come up with different recipes to make everyone eat healthy at home. Today we made some bitter gourd; let’s see how we did it.
1. Cut the bitter gourd into thin round pieces in a bowl, pour some turmeric and salt (as per taste), and leave the bowl for 1-2 hours. (it helps to get that extra bitterness out).
2. Now, squeeze the bitter gourd to remove excess water, and then pour some oil into a pan and put it on your stove.
3. When the oil gets warm, pour Karela into the pan and fry them till they get crispy.
4. Serve them on your kid’s favorite plate with some dip, and you see them loving crispy Karela.
These ingredients are an approximation to taste. You can add what you like as per your taste palette. This recipe is close to my heart as I have grown up eating it and no matter how sick I feel I always love this.
