Flying Paper Planes

Kids love planes and here’s a fun idea to get creative and make your own paper planes in less than 10min!

What you need:

– Colorful sheet

– Straw

– Scissors

– Cellophane tape

Steps:

1. Cut a small square out of the paper and roll it around the straw to resemble a tunnel.

2. Apply some tape to keep the tunnel intact. Then apply tape on one end of the tunnel to shape it like an airplane’s body. Keep this end open by making a small cut.
Attach 2 small triangles to resemble the wings of the plane.

Your paper plane is ready to fly! Blow through a straw and watch the plane go.

This easy and creative activity can be used to teach the kids some basics about the force of push!
