Flying Owl

Owls are well known nocturnal animals that truly fascinate us!
Now create your own flying owls with this fun and creative craft activity!

What you need:

– Black, yellow and white sheets

– Glue

– Thread

– An ice cream stick

– A thick thread

– Scissors

Steps:

1. Cut out from the black sheet, the face and wings of an owl. Glue on a beak and eyes cut out from the yellow and white sheets.

2. Make a hole on the either sides of the owl’s face and two holes on one end of each of the wings.Take pieces of thread to attach the wings to the face of the owl. Use a longer piece of thread to attach the wings together in a way that when this piece of thread is pulled, the wings move

3. Glue on the ice cream stick at the back of the owl

Your little owl is ready! This activity is interactive and will thoroughly engage the young ones even as you talk to them about the exciting world of owls!
