Ice Chalk Popsicle

I am sure everyone has played with chalk at least once in their lifetime. This time we thought to be creative with chalks and make the kids have fun with it and involve them to participate in something new.

What You Need:

  • Chalks
  • One Big Bowl
  • Grater
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Cornflour
  • Water
  • Color
  • Ice Tray

Step 1

Grate a generous amount of chalk in a bowl and add the same amount of cornflour and mix it with water to make it runny enough to freeze.

Step 2

Take a drop of color in the ice tray and mix the chalk and cornflour blend that you created earlier.

Step 3

Break the popsicle stick to half and then put it in to freeze.

Step 4

Once the chalk popsicles are frozen, the kids will be all set to play with them.

While doing this activity, the kids thought that it was a popsicle but they were really excited when they got to know that they could also color with it.The ran around making their own art with different color popsicle sticks. This is definitely a hit among the kids.
