Ladybirds are the tiny, beloved ones amongst all the insects. Their pretty colors immediately catch our attention and kids happen to adore them too.
Inspired by the patterns on ladybirds, we created a wipe and clean board for number skills!
What you need:
- Cardboard
- Paint and marker
- Cellophane tape
- Seeds
Steps:
- Use a marker to draw 9 ladybirds on the cardboard and paint them
- Mark spots on the ladybirds in an ascending order. Now cover the cardboard with cellophane tape.
Next, ask the kids to count aloud and place seeds on each spot and write down the number.
Since marker ink and stains cannot stay attached to the cellophane tape, you can easily wipe off the numbers to practise again!
